Oversees injury reports, return-to-play (RTP) documentation, and weather-related safety policies
Establishes protocols for emergency action plans at games and practices
Assists in parent education and documentation
Coordinates with local healthcare providers and ensures medical resources are on-site and accessible
Communicates directly with families post-injury and provides RTP guidance
